Discovery!

I find out that I'm an emotional eater. Really unfair things have been going on at work - I should be promoted, but I'm "too good" at my current job and they "can't bear to lose the revenue I'm raising". What the fuck. Well anyway, when I heard about that AGAIN - for the THIRD TIME - I was sooooo angry. I really just wanted to break my diet and eat something. That's how I know I'm an emotional eater. It's a really eff-ed up way to find out, but at least I know now. Anyway, I just wanted to rant about that.

High Raw Corn Salsa

Hey, everyone! Just made an amazing high raw corn salsa!! Here are some pictures:


I didn't know how it would turn out, but I just tasted it with some baked tortilla chips, and I love it. I know that the tortilla chips aren't raw, but I'm currently in college and I don't have enough money for a dehydrator at the moment :( So I AM on my way to raw, but not fully yet. ALSO, last time I went raw, I really got down on myself for not being fully raw and I left the lifestyle altogether, so at the moment, I'm doing what works for me, and I'm ok with that! :D

Decision Time!

Ok, I'm officially going raw vegan, but it won't be too bad. I'm giving myself some leeway and I'm going to be just vegan high raw. That means that I'll be vegan, but not everything I eat has to be raw. BUT I'll make a concious effort to eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies each day.

I'm excited! :D
